Delivery

We aim to make the delivery of your order as simple and hastle free as we possibly can. In most cases your order will arrive with a courier such as DPD, smaller parcels may arrive with Royal Mail.

How much will I pay?

Shipping costs will be shown at checkout and are calculated based on the total weight of the order and your address. In rare cases we may need to contact you to discuss additional charges for addresses in remote areas such as scottish highlands, you can of course cancel the order and we will issue a full refund for you if you do not wish to pay any additional charges.

When will I receive my order?

Most our items should be delivered to you within 3 working days of when you placed the order, if it is taking longer than this please give us a call or email and we will let you know if there has been a delay with your order if the delivery company have not already notified you.

Can I get delivery on a Next-Day or Saturday service?

We can provide Saturday and Next Day service in some cases, but there is a surcharge, and you must organise this in advance with us. Otherwise, all deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, with the driver arriving between 8 am to 6 pm.

Is it possible to collect goods directly from your warehouse location?

Unfortunately not. Our facility is a logistics operation and is not safe for members of the public.

Can I organise the delivery for a specific time?

We cannot arrange a specific delivery times; however, it may be possible to organise morning or afternoon deliveries, but you need to call us to arrange this. Otherwise, delivery will always occur between 8 am and 6 pm on a weekday.

Will you refund me if my order is damaged?

If an order is damaged on arrival, you should refuse the delivery and the courier will return it to our warehouse on your request and ask you to make a note on the delivery documents, then we will either replace the order for you, or issue a refund on your order. If you accept delivery despite obvious damage, you may be required to return the products yourself. In all cases, we will provide a refund or appropriate compensation for faulty goods or goods damaged in transit.
