Who are we?
Simple Logs is owned and run by an experienced importing company based in the north east of England UK. We have distribution partners all over the UK and lots of experience in the garden sector. We aim to provide the highest quality products and service possible to our customers.
Where are your products sourced?
We work with suppliers all over the UK and EU to make sure we can always provide the best quality and price. We only work with suppliers who conform to the European Union Timber Regulation (EUTR) policies, and we also verify the moisture content of all logs we receive to ensure they are ready to burn certified.
Is it safe to enter payment details on this site?
Yes, we use the long standing trusted payment provider Paypal to process all payments, meaning we never directly receive, store or process any of your payment data, so no one has any access to your card data at our company. For large trade orders we also accept bank transfers, please contact us if you wish to use this payment method.
Do you offer trade accounts for businesses?
